Public Information Request

Requests for public information are handled in accordance with the Texas Public Information Act, Texas Government Code Chapter 552.001. All requests for public information should be submitted, in writing, to the Chapel Hill ISD Communications Department.

 

Need to submit a printed form

It is the responsibility of any individual requesting public information to submit their request in writing through one of the following designated channels
