The Public Education Information Management System (PEIMS) Department is comprised of all data required by the Texas Education Agency (TEA) about public education, including student demographic and academic performance, enrollment, attendance, special programs, personnel, financial, and organizational information.
What We Do
We strive to provide a premier quality of service to our students, families, and staff. The PEIMS Department supports families and students with admissions and student records as well as focusing on system-wide processes to achieve world-class data systems and transparency while focusing on best practices through out Chapel Hill ISD.

Enrollment = This process is for students who are new to the Chapel Hill school district and are attending our school for the first time or for students who have attended before but withdrew from the district and attended another school district, homeschool, or any other reason for withdrawal and are coming back to to CHISD.
Registration = This process is for students who completed the previous school year at Chapel Hill ISD and are continuing at Chapel Hill ISD for the new school year. This process will update the current information in our system and is required to be done prior to the start of every school year for your student to attend school.
The application process could be completed in approximately 30- 45 minutes if you have all of the student information and required documents handy to upload. You will have the option to take photos of the required documents and upload them from your phone or tablet.
You can reach out to your students campus registrar and or campus liaison available. Please allow 24 hours from receipt of the email for a response.
