Nurse Notes:

• All upcoming 7th grade students must have an updated shot record that includes their Tdap and Meningococcal vaccination before starting the first day of 7th grade. This is State mandated.

• Follow the 24 hour fever-free without medications rule before returning a student to school, including when a student has had vomiting or diarrhea.

• Any and all prescribed medications require certain forms to be filled out by a parent and/or physician. Please remember to pick up any medications at the end of the year.

• All students MUST have an Over-The-Counter Medication Form signed by a parent or guardian for the nurse to administer over the counter medications such as Tylenol, Ibuprofen, cough drops, etc. This form can be found on Skyward under "Forms or New Forms". Please know these medications can only be given up to 5 times within a school year.
