Mr. Carter graduated from Baylor University with a Bachelor of Busines Administration-Human Resources Management and UT Tyler with a Masters of Business Administration

Prior to CHISD Mr. Carter worked at Hawkins ISD. He has worked in Human Resources but switched to teaching because he has a passion for teaching Mathematics.
