Ms. Godden has a Masters Degree in Mathematics from the University in Szczecin, Poland.

Prior to coming to Chapel Hill ISD she worked for Tyler ISD.

"Teaching and Mathematics was always my passion, I wanted to teach since I was in 5th grade elementary school. I grew up in communistic Poland. I earned my masters degree in Mathematics, then I moved to West Germany to escape the communist, full of propaganda system. After six years of living in West Germany and meeting my ex-husband, I moved to California. We stayed married for nearly 30 years. After divorce I moved to Tyler, Texas. I have two children and three grand kids. I speak four languages: Polish, Russian, German, and English. I am doing for life, what I always dreamed of-that's teaching young people mathematics. I truly believe, that once you master logical thinking of solving problems in mathematics, you can succeed in any aspect of your life."
