Alison Rivera Streight and Hamzah Farrah were recently published poets in the Young Audiences' Northeast Texas Poetry in Schools Competition. Alison won first place out of all Northeast Texas Freshmen and Hamzah won third place out of all Northeast Texas Seniors. Congratulations to the students and their wonderful teachers, Mrs. Julia Dahlgren and Mrs. Alicia Herron.

A big round of applause to the Chapel Hill High School Honors Band! Today, they absolutely nailed it at the Region 21 UIL Concert and Sight-reading Contest👏. All six judges agreed that they were an exceptional band, earning them first divisions🏆.
Congrats to our High School honors band. They participated in the Region 21 UIL concert and sightreading contest. Along with our other two HS bands earning 1st divisions, ALL 6 judges agreed that this was a superior band and gave them all 1st divisions. This has been a record setting year for our band program, and we are extremely proud of their accomplishments. Way to go Bulldog Band.
