Tyler, Texas — Chapel Hill ISD proudly announces the Teacher Incentive Allotment (TIA) recipients for the 2025-2026 school year, recognizing 63 designated teachers with 24 of those who are newly designated or advanced their designations as of this year. For the 2025-2026 year, a total of just under $1 million dollars in TIA stipend funding has been awarded to honor these outstanding educators, compared to last year’s amount of $681,559.70.
In the 2025-2026 school year, the district now boasts 63 TIA-designated teachers across various campuses:

Superintendent Lamond Dean expressed his appreciation for the hard work and dedication of Chapel Hill ISD’s educators, stating, "The TIA program allows us to recognize the incredible impact our teachers have on student achievement.
