Chapel Hill, Smith County - A group of 1st to 3rd-grade Gifted and Talented (G.T.) students from Jackson Elementary are preparing to attend an all-day Robotics seminar at Region 7 in Kilgore on Thursday, Feb. 15.
These young learners will participate in hands-on exploration, interactive workshops, and collaborative endeavors alongside fellow budding innovators. Hosted at Region 7, the G.T. students will experiment with robotics kits, grasp coding fundamentals, and tackle team-based challenges designed to hone their problem-solving prowess. Beyond nurturing their interest in science, technology, engineering, and mathematics (STEM), the seminar aspires to instill a lifelong passion for learning.
