Jackson Elementary School is excited to invite our families to participate in Hispanic Heritage Family Night on October 5, 2023. Hispanic Heritage Night will take place at Jackson Elementary School from 5:30 pm-8:00 pm.
“Hispanic Heritage Month fills us with emotion. Being able to learn what makes our culture so rich motivates us to celebrate. Join us for a night full of fun activities for the whole family. We are waiting for you here,” commented second grade teacher Claudia Fuentes.
Families will learn about TELPAS, which is an assessment that all ESL students will take, share a meal and enjoy the company of others in the community. Please bring your favorite dish that represents your state or country to share with others. You are also encouraged to represent your cultural heritage in your attire.
