Family Access: This portal is for parents with currently enrolled
students who already have a login and password. Use this portal to:

3. Prior to the beginning of each year, update your
children’s information, complete annually required forms, and submit current
proofs or residency to verify you still reside in the district boundary. For

4. Add an additional
student who is enrolling in Chapel Hill ISD ( for instance, an new
Pre-Kindergarten or Kindergarten student) . For tutorials click: How to
enroll an additional student to your family access.
CHISD New Student Online Enrollment: This portal is only for families new to Chapel Hill who do not currently have any students enrolled on any of our campuses. If you have students currently enrolled in CHISD, exit this portal and go to Family Access. There you may either add an additional student to your existing family or update your current information and required annual forms.
