• This department is responsible for keeping records of all bulk and other products shipped and received by the district. The department verifies and keeps records on incoming shipments by comparing identifying information including counts, weights, or measure items of incoming and outgoing shipments to verify information against bills of lading, invoices, orders, or other records. The department also receives outgoing shipments from campuses and prepares items to send out.
