Wise Elementary is a wonderful place to be!  This is my fifth year to serve as your Wise Assistant Principal, and I have loved every minute of it!  I thought that I would take this opportunity to tell you a little about myself and my family.

I am happily married to Greg Shumake.  I have three beautiful children, Hannah, Hope, and Blake.  Hannah is a second grade student at Wise Elementary, and Hope is a pre-kindergarten student at Wise.  As a parent, I want the best education for my children, and I am very proud of the education that my children are receiving at Wise Elementary.

Not only do I want the very best for my own children, it is equally important to me that every student at Wise Elementary receive an excellent education.  Both parents and teachers play very important roles in educating students.  Our Wise teachers are committed to providing an excellent education for your child, and our teachers work hard each and every day.  As parents, you are your child’s first and most important teacher!  It is vital to the success of our children that teachers and parents fulfill their responsibilities.  So, let’s work together to make sure that all of our students are successful!
