School Technology and Readiness Chart

The purpose of the STaR Chart is to assist all classroom teachers in assessing needs and setting goals for the use of technology in the classroom to support student achievement. This tool will be useful in fulfilling the requirements in No Child Left Behind, Title II, Part D that all teachers should be technology literate and integrate technology into content areas across the curriculum. The Teacher Star Chart Survey is broken down into four key areas:
·         Teaching and Learning
·         Educator Preparation and Development
·         Leadership, Administration and Instuctional Support
·         Infrastructure for Technology

To fill out the teacher STaR Chart  go to:

http://starchart.esc12.net/ and click on login.

Type in your username and password, you will receive this in an email if you are a returning teacher.

Go to the login screen:

UserName: firstname.lastname (ex. amanda.english)
Password: password

Note: Your username may be followed by a number.  Your campus administrator will provide you with this information. 

Type in your username
Click on Send Password
