 A note from Superintendent of Schools,Joe Stubblefield I have served as a math teacher and a coach for seventeen years in Texas Public Schools. I have served twenty-one years in school administration in Texas. This is my tenth year as Superintendent of Schools at Chapel Hill ISD. My wife, Bernice and I have four children and five grandchildren. We have been married for thirty-eight years. I enjoy watching my grandchildren grow-up and playing golf. My years here at Chapel Hill have been highlighted by the building of the Fine Arts Facility and Auditorium and having two campuses rated as Academically Recognized by the Texas Education Agency.
