TAKS folders were sent home with my students on Wednesday, January 30th. In the front pocket of the folder is a letter explaining what needs to be done in the folder. I ask that the students please work on at least 1 page of the folder a day to help better prepare them for the upcoming TAKS test in April.
In class this week we are going to begin working with Properties of Exponents (Chapter 8 in the text book). We will also be reviewing Systems of Equations and learning how to solve them using matrices and the calculator.
