About Mrs. Muse

Hi!  My name is Mrs. Muse.  I have been employed with the district for 19 years.  I was a Teacher's Assistant in Special Education for 5 years and a Teacher's Assistant in Pre-K for 3 years.  I have spent the last 11 years teaching Kindergarten and I love it!  It is my hope this year to share my passion for learning with all children.  I am married to the Rev. Mittie C. Muse, Sr. and we have one son Rev. Mittie C. Muse, Jr.  I am a graduate of Tyler Junior College and the University of Texas at Tyler with a degree in Interdisciplinary Studies.

8:15 - 8:30 Math - Number Corner - Calendar Time
8:30 - 10:00 Reading Block/Literacy Centers
10:00 - 10:15 Snack
10:15 - 11:15 Conference (P.E., LMD, Music, Library, Computer)
11:15 - 11:45 Math
11:45 - 12:20 Lunch
12:20 - 12:50 Restroom/Quiet Time
12:50 - 1:20 Tier II Reading
1:20 - 1:40 Recess (ELL Student goes to ESL from 1:45 - 2:30)
1:40 - 2:40 Science/Social Studies - Developmental Centers
2:40 - 3:00  Prepare to go home 

Please see the calendar on the closet door for Computer, Music, Library and LMD (Large Motor Development) days.  Pick up the students from P.E. at 11:15 everyday.
