Character Counts Pillar:  Fairness
Guiding Principle:  Justice

Our character pillar this month is Fairness. Our Guiding Principle this week is Justice. Justice is the practice of being fair and reasonable in all matters. It is the practice of treating people equally. It is playing by the rules, taking turns and sharing. We practice justice when we make our decisions with careful thought and consideration without favoritism or prejudice. Think of the many ways that you can practice justice every day.

AAA+ Students of the Day:
Jason Cooks for the many ways he practices leadership and justice in the classroom.

Thought for the Day:
"Justice denied anywhere diminishes justice everywhere." - Martin Luther King, Jr.
