Hello!  My name is Carolyn Parkhill and I am the Resource teacher here at Wise Elementary.   I graduated from Baylor University and continued my education at the University of Texas at Tyler. I have been teaching children with special needs for more than 20 years.   Being a teacher has blessed my life in many ways.   I especially love the laughter and the fun that learning brings to my students.
