Please remember to update your child's immunizations this summer. If you are delinquent, your student WILL NOT BE ABLE TO PICK UP THEIR FALL SCHEDULE. Broadway Hours of Operation: Tyler, Tx Monday 8a-11a and 1p-4p 903-510-5604 Tuesday 8a-11a and 1p-4p CLOSED ON Thursday and Friday Wednesday 8a-11a and 1p-6p *******You will be required to bring Current Shot record The cost is $8 per vaccine or you can file on your medicaid.

Flu shots are available at Brookshire's Pharmacy at 2020 Roseland Blvd. from 10am to 5pm. Children under the age of 14 will need a prescription form their doctor. Ages 14 and up do not need anything from their doctor. $25 for the shot $40 for the flu mist |
